NATO\u8cc7\u91d1\u554f\u984c<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u7279\u6717\u666e\u653f\u5e9c\u4e00\u4e0a\u53f0\uff0c\u5c31\u5c07\u77db\u982d\u6307\u5411\u4e86\u5317\u5927\u897f\u6d0b\u516c\u7d04\u7d44\u7e54\uff08NATO\uff09\u3002\u7279\u6717\u666e\u591a\u6b21\u6279\u8a55\u6b50\u6d32\u76df\u53cb\u6c92\u6709\u5c65\u884c\u5176\u5728 NATO \u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u7fa9\u52d9\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u4ed6\u5011\u589e\u52a0\u570b\u9632\u958b\u652f\u3002\u6839\u64da NATO \u7684\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u5404\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u61c9\u5c07\u5176\u570b\u9632\u652f\u51fa\u81f3\u5c11\u63d0\u9ad8\u5230 GDP \u7684 2%\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7279\u6717\u666e\u653f\u5e9c\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u4e00\u76ee\u6a19\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u61c9\u5c0d\u7576\u524d\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u4e26\u8981\u6c42\u6b50\u6d32\u76df\u53cb\u5c07\u570b\u9632\u652f\u51fa\u63d0\u9ad8\u5230 GDP \u7684 4%\u3002[1]<\/p>\n<p>\u7279\u6717\u666e\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u9019\u4e00\u7acb\u5834\u5f15\u767c\u4e86\u6b50\u6d32\u76df\u53cb\u7684\u4e0d\u6eff\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u6279\u8a55\u7279\u6717\u666e\u653f\u5e9c\u8a66\u5716\u5c07 NATO \u8f49\u8b8a\u70ba\u4e00\u500b\u300c\u7f8e\u570b\u4f3a\u670d\u5668\u300d\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5176\u8981\u6c42\u9055\u80cc\u4e86 NATO \u7684\u57fa\u672c\u539f\u5247\u3002\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u81ea\u7279\u6717\u666e\u653f\u5e9c\u4e0a\u53f0\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u6b50\u6d32\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u570b\u9632\u958b\u652f\u78ba\u5be6\u6709\u6240\u589e\u52a0\u3002\u6839\u64da NATO \u7684\u6578\u64da\uff0c2016 \u5e74\u81f3 2020 \u5e74\u9593\uff0c\u6b50\u6d32 NATO \u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u570b\u9632\u958b\u652f\u5be6\u969b\u589e\u52a0\u4e86 1360 \u5104\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d 1000 \u5104\u7f8e\u5143\u4f86\u81ea\u65bc NATO \u975e\u7f8e\u570b\u6210\u54e1\u570b\u3002[2]<\/p>\n<p>##<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u4f0a\u6717\u6838\u5354\u8b70\u9000\u51fa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2018 \u5e74\uff0c\u7279\u6717\u666e\u653f\u5e9c\u9000\u51fa\u4e86\u300a\u5168\u9762\u4e14\u5747\u8861\u7684\u6838\u5354\u8b70\u300b\uff08JCPOA\uff09\uff0c\u4e26\u91cd\u65b0\u65bd\u52a0\u5236\u88c1\uff0c\u6307\u63a7\u4f0a\u6717\u652f\u6301\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u7fa9\u548c\u5e72\u9810\u4e2d\u6771\u5730\u5340\u7684\u4e8b\u52d9\u3002\u7279\u6717\u666e\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u9019\u4e00\u8209\u52d5\u906d\u5230\u4e86\u6b50\u6d32\u76df\u53cb\u7684\u5f37\u70c8\u53cd\u5c0d\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u8a8d\u70ba\u9000\u51fa\u6838\u5354\u8b70\u5c07\u524a\u5f31\u570b\u969b\u6838\u4e0d\u6269\u6563\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u4e26\u53ef\u80fd\u5f15\u767c\u4e2d\u6771\u5730\u5340\u7684\u65b0\u4e00\u8f2a\u885d\u7a81\u3002[3]<\/p>\n<p>\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u7279\u6717\u666e\u653f\u5e9c\u9000\u51fa\u6838\u5354\u8b70\u5f8c\uff0c\u4f0a\u6717\u7684\u6838\u8a08\u5283\u518d\u6b21\u52a0\u901f\uff0c\u9019\u4e00\u8209\u52d5\u5f15\u767c\u4e86\u6b50\u6d32\u76df\u53cb\u7684\u6975\u5927\u4e0d\u5b89\u30022021 \u5e74\uff0c\u4f0a\u6717\u5ba3\u5e03\u5b83\u5c07\u958b\u59cb\u8c50\u5ea6\u923e\u6d53\u7f29\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u5176\u6d53\u7f29\u80fd\u529b\u63d0\u9ad8\u5230\u6bcf\u5e74 120
